The interview process began with a 10 minute phone interview. The questions were general about my experience, where I saw myself in the future and what made me interested in Plusone.
The in person interview was approximately 20 minutes and went over my training style, my past experiences, what I liked about the experiences and what I didn't like.

Interview
It was very pleasant to be interviewed by the general manager. She was told me a lot about the company and herself and what I would be doing as an Exercise Specialist. I only got asked what my strengths and weaknesses were personally in this first round.
There were multiple phases: phone screening, group clinical panel, and a group fitness simulation. Generally, if you do well in the phone screening, then you’re invited to join a clinical panel to showcase your knowledge of expertise. If all goes well, the last phase is to apply that information in a simulated group fitness class to determine fit
