I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PlusAI in Dec 2020
Interview
Comparatively easy and casual communication. Recruiter called and asked for availability over multiple days. Soon got interview requests. Each interviewer had a set of questions for different areas - Past experience, current projects and knowledge in ADAS, gave a good overview of company and culture.

I applied online. I interviewed at PlusAI in June 2025
Interview
Asked about my past projects for about 20 minutes, then moved on to the coding part. The question wasn’t too difficult, and the interviewer gave positive feedback like “looks good” and “that’s right,” which made the process smooth. Overall, the experience was quite good.

Question 1
sort of computing connected regions on a NxM grid with recording certain status, like number of cells. Didn't ask to run test cases. Asked for optimal space-complexity solution as follow up.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PlusAI in Feb 2024
Interview
Recruiter call, two interviews with team members and onsite. Please do not waste your time interviewing for this company. Full of false promises, very unprofessional, chaotic interviews, and curt responses back from recruiters. They do not offer transparency and wedge you into roles that they think are a good fit for you. They do not respect a candidate's time - I took time off to attend their interviews despite having a full time job and they don't even care to respond back in a respectful and timely manner.
