Behavioral questions and background. Phone interview with recruiter followed by onsite interview. Similar questions both on phone and on site. Interesting place. Didn't feel like I was at a startup so much as a typical large corporation, albeit with younger employees. My impression was they value conformity, image and ability to take orders above other qualities.
