There was a skype interview with the recruiter first, then a second interview at head office. I felt like the relevant questions were not asked at the initial skype interview stage and the recruiter didn't have enough information about the role. I was not very suited to the position, but I did not find this out until the 2nd interview. I felt like it was a bit of a waste of time to go for the 2nd interview
