Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for this position via LinkedIn. I had two phone interviews with the recruiter first and then she set up a meeting time to interview with Brett Reagan the EVP/GM. I interviewed with him first for about an hour. He is really friendly and outgoing and made me feel very comfortable. The recruiter was very communicative with me and touched base with me on a frequent basis. I took an online assessment that was very easy to take about my personal style. Then I had a second interview, this time with Brett and three other managers. I was there for about three hours and I was given a tour of the manufacturing facility. Everyone was really nice and the facility was impressive.
