Whole Process took 4 days with a response back the same day as the final round. The interviews were very collaborative and there was an interesting round where AI was used for the entire round.
Total of 6 rounds spanning behavioural and technical interviews.

Question 1
Behavioural questions were very targeted around how you handled pushbacks and setbacks and technical decisions that you made which were customer driven.
The interview process was well laid out into an initial screen, followed by an interview with the department lead, a couple of technical conversations. It was clear the team had put a lot of effort and structure into the interview process.

I had an incredibly positive experience interviewing at Point. Everyone was clearly capable and also very kind, a rare combination! I was adequately challenged and thoroughly enjoyed the interview problems.
