The interview consisted of four stages:
- Screening with internal recruiter
- 30 minutes with the PMO lead
- 45 minutes with the head of professional services
- 30 minutes with the PMO lead and head of Tech
Overall, the three interviews felt very similar and could have been condensed into a single interview with the right structure. Questions felt a bit woolly and not well defined / planned. Some competency questions but many others not competency.
