What a terrible interview process. I went through multiple rounds of interviews with Point32. My initial conversation with the recruiter went well and I moved on to 2 subsequent interviews with the hiring manager and a peer. The hiring manager was late to the interview and barely let me get a word in and when I could, she was obviously not listening and was distracted. My interview with the other program manager was terrible. She no-showed my scheduled interview with no notice and was late to the reschedule. Both people were terrible advocates for the company, I'm not sure that either of them like their jobs. After 3 interviews, I followed up with the recruiting team multiple times only to never get an email back. If the interview process is indicative of working at Point32 Health, I'd strongly advise you look elsewhere for a job,

Phone screening went well, interview format was odd. I’ve never interviewed with a running clock and questions you are reading and recording yourself giving an answer. That was the most difficult part of the interview for me, no human interaction.
