I applied through a recruiter. Prior to getting an in-person interview, I had to take a personality test, most of the questions were based on morals and ethics. Once I "passed" the personality test, I had an in person interview with the managing director and two vice presidents. There was only one round of interviews. They do their due diligence so make sure you do not lie about anything on your resume because they will find out.

Just had a preliminary call. but the questions were standard and the interviewer was nice. The call was quick- about 15 minutes and I received an email update within the week.
