Interview
First, you have to apply online and leave your Cv and an unofficial college transcript, then if you pass you'll have to do a HireVue and a Wonderlink test and then you'll get to the first rounds of interviews.
Process, process, process. Be able to answer how process is scaleable. Also, one needs to be able to describe how they will build their team with senior analysts as well as how they will develop and monitor junior analysts.
