The interview consists of a written assessment, a case study and 2 to 3 interviews. One interview will be about the case study, another will be about the fit to them firm and there will also be interviews with the academy coach

It was straightforward, and I would hear back within 24 hours about next steps. The overall process was long and took about a month. It began with a case study, and there were about 4 rounds. One round was a case interview, where we went through the case study.

Interview
First round is a case study - long or short research report / pitch. Second round is with HR and almost entirely behavioral. Final round is with the head of the Academy program and basically entirely technical - will grill you on your pitch and drivers of the stock price.
7 rounds - thirteen technical questions that I absolutely just guessed because I had decent finance knowledge and did it. Otherwise its not too bad and you need to know a lot about markets, case study, FMV modelling, and other stuff
