Consists of 4 phases if all went well, first interview with the talent acquisition, then with the position manager, then a technical test to be done, then another interview with director of the position, and finally interview with the higher ups. All went well for me and was promised with an offer, 15 days later of being ghostted I reached out, and was told that they can't offer me the position anymore. 1 and a half month of interview process gone for nothing and not even a sorry. And pretty sure if I didn't reach out they'd have never told me that they ain't offering me anything anymore. Great workers, sketchy HR tbh.
