      Software Analyst/Actionscript Architect Interview

      21 Sept 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Bengaluru
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Bengaluru) in Aug 2012

      Interview

I got to know through a friend that they are looking for freelancers so sent a mail. Had calls from different HR guys, went to their office in Bangalore for what was supposed to be face to face interview but a Indian sitting in Japan just read out what he thinks of me based on my resume, It was not a Interview but a monologues at best. During this some one else from Bangalore office sneaks in to the room, and he was not even connected to project or HR as I later learn. Get mail after a day from Japan Guy that I have to prove my skills and asks me to code a UI in AS3 in 2 days. I complete task in time and I have Telephonic interview with AVP who was in US at that time. After putting up with teleconference was bad due to static, Interview was completed with lot of positive expectations. Later got call from HR asking for expected CTC etc to which I answer and kept it negotiable. This was last step and I haven't heard from any HR or any one else in spite requesting multiple times to let me know the result. Do not understand what is big deal with people being professionals and conveying Interview results in time. I think it was very bad on company part that they have such culture and worst HR practice.
