Joined as a fresher so interview was a normal process like for freshers
Started with an apptitude test with second round as froup discussion and the technical interview which ended with hr round and salary discussion
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Sydney)
Interview
I felt the interview was very short. Less than 20mins. The interviewer did not ask me if I had and questions. He seemed to be very busy. Interview questions were basic and I am not sure if I will get a call back. I felt it went ok but never expected it to be for less than 20mins so I still have doubts if they would select me
