I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Polaris (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2021
Interview
Not a long interview and basic STAR questions. There was a manufacturing engineer present, as well as the project manager. Make sure to have questions to ask at the end.
I applied online. I interviewed at Polaris (Wyoming, MN) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very intense. Multiple people to meet with in one setting. I was very nervous and not ready for this interview. Be sure you have your ducks in a row and you fair much better. Also be sure you have some examples of things you did to show them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Polaris (Roseau, MN) in Oct 2015
Interview
A phone interview/screening with HR, phone interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview. The hiring manger and HR manager were very friendly and I felt like they were honest. They made sure I was comfortable during the interview. By the way, the onsite interview was from 7am to 4pm. I also had to give a presentation to the group right away at 7am. The entire interview, offer and hiring process was extremely slow. I applied in the beginning of September, interviewed in early October and didn't hear back for over 2+ weeks after the interview.
