I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pole/Zero (West Chester, OH) in July 2019
Interview
I interviewed Fall 2019. I initially did a 30 minute phone interview where I basically just went over my resume with my future supervisor. Later they brought me into the facility for a 2 hour interview, where I met my co-op mentor and they just asked me basic questions about my resume, my experience, my hobbies etc., as well as giving me a tour of the facility. I didn't have to take a test to gauge my knowledge, but I know that new co-ops nowadays do have to do that. After the interview, they extended an offer to me within a few days.
