Polen Capital interview questions

Four rounds of interviews + case study. Completed the case study and presentation, never heard back from the PM. HR said there was an indefinite hiring freeze. 2-3 months later, the team hired two analysts. 6-10 months after that, the strategy was revamped and team changed.
