The day I had applied, the clinical manager called me asking for an interview, interviewed with her the following day. She was very kind and the interview went well. She described her experience with lab work and wanted to see if I had similar interests.

Interview
Initially they started with the question about my total experience and then about my current job and roles and responsibilities. When I was explaining my roles and responsibilties the project manager raises many questions about technologies used and logics implemented. He was friendly during the interview process.
