PolicyStat Implementation Consultant interview questions

1. Initial timed (30 minute) online work sample (complete tasks in time given, showing ability to pay attention to detail and ability to complete request on time as directed). 2. 30-minute phone interview with HR. 3. Second interview (onsite) with various members of the team. 4. Second timed (hour and a half) online work sample (pretend you're in this role, and respond to these emails). 5. Second (onsite) interview (I was not chosen for this final step). Although this was a long process, the person in contact with me took time to make sure I knew what was expected and answer any questions at each step. They clearly were looking for a good fit for their team, which I appreciated. And I felt each step was fair and not meant to "trick" you in any way. A very positive interview process.
