Politico Advertising Operations Associate interview questions

I applied for a job with Politico in Winter/Spring 2025. The Talent and Ad Ops teams made it easy. Each interview (I had five including the initial phone screening) was straightforward and felt like a conversation. I also really appreciated how quick the process was. I spoke with a different person each week, and they were all responsive to my questions and follow-up emails. I got an offer a little over a month after sending in my initial application. Unfortunately, the role just wasn't right for me and my career goals. I should have been honest with myself about that from the beginning. Once I got the offer and looked at all the details, I realized I had to make a difficult decision. The team was very gracious and wished me the best. Luckily, I got another offer that was a better fit for me a few weeks later.
