I was had an initial call with HR, followed by a call with the Technical Leader. After that I had to do a coding challenge, which was about writing an event producer/consumer using mainly kafka as a message broker. The initial step was a call with the whole team. The whole process was smooth and technically challenging

Multiple steps, first an interview with HR, then a couple of technicals (a tech interview, followed by a project assignment and another tech interview to review the assignment) and final step an interview with execs

Interview
The interview process lasted about a month. I had a video call with the HR Manager and then with the VP of Engineering. I completed an assignment that was discussed in another call with the VP of Engineering and two senior Engineers. Before the offer, I met with the CEO and CPO. Overall, it was a lengthy but enjoyable process.
