Interview
four stage process including a chat with hr values interview, case study / technical assessment and a final interview. I had the opportunity to meet senior team members as well as potential colleagues, the conversations were informative and I had the opportunity to also ask questions.
3-stage interview process (general, values-based and technical). Exposure to ~5 employees + HR during the process, so there's a good opportunity to get a broad picture of the organization. The process took a couple of months.

Clear expectations, job description, and enjoyable discussion of experience. Was a great conversation and seems like it would be a good place to work. They were very prompt with their emails and scheduling of the appointment.
