Pollitt & Partners interview questions

Several face to face conversations with the partners, and constant feedback via the recruiter. The process was enjoyable and everyone seemed genuinely interested in bringing the right person in and happy to work there. They were focused on finding out where we might go together and how I might approach the job rather than checking I knew the basics of a job I have already been doing for a long time. I enjoyed it.
