First phone call with hiring manager. Then in person interview with your direct managers. Then followed by multiple interview rounds with different attorneys and head of department. Since the firm is nation wide, many interviews are done with individuals through video conferencing at your office location. It took a few weeks for the entire interview process.

Met with Office manager, then attorneys I would work directly with. The process was fast and pleasant. We discussed the type of work performed in the past, the role of the position they were attempting to fill and the preferences they have.
