Poltex interview questions

Do not apply here! The candidate experience is awful. First of all, I was not given any type of instructions/directions on how to get to the facility which was hard to find and signal was spotty in the area. They sign you in, and get you to take a personality test from the 60's with about 50 questions and only 20 minutes, which cuts into your interview time. The interview was very unstructured. a young lady by the name of Kelsey interviewed me and did not really ask me any questions regarding the job. She kept mentioning "retention", it's no wonder. I could tell by walking around the office that morale is low. Word of advise: update your interviewing/hiring process and retention will rise.
