Interview
I was contacted through email by an employee to schedule an phone interview time. The interview consisted of a phone interview with various people in the company. The questions consisted on my experiences and knowledge of the work that they do, a general overview into the life of a coop there, and if I was available and willing to work for the intended semester. The interview was held and they got back to me within a week of the interview.

Interview
The interview consists of a 30 minute phone interview with a senior engineer at the company and sometimes a current co-op. The questions are fairly basic behavioral interview questions. They just want to get to know you beyond your resume. They only pull candidates for a few local schools job sites.
