I applied online. I interviewed at Pontoon Solutions (San Jose, CA) in July 2017
Interview
Recruiter told me all about Pontoon and what they do. Recruiter asked me what I did in my previous roles. I was able to ask questions also, to get to know how the company operates.

Interview
I had three phone interviews and one in person interview. I had to set aside a lot of time for the interviews as I was still working at the time. I never heard back from them after two weeks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pontoon Solutions in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied online and maybe a week later, I received a call from one of the internal recruiters asking to set up a short phone interview with her. A few days later, we spoke and she was super nice and made me very excited about the position. She passed my information on to the Project Manager (who I would report to) and after a few hours, I received another call from the recruiter to set up a phone interview with the PM. The phone interview with the PM was very quick; she explained the position and then scheduled me for a face-to-face interview for the following week. The in-person interview as very quick, maybe 20 mins. The PM invited some of her team members in to ask me questions and answer any questions I had. They were nice enough but didn't ask me too many questions. I was not offered the job, but I will say their recruiter was one of the best ones I’ve worked with. She seemed to be juggling a lot of tasks, but any time I emailed her, she would get back me almost immediately.
