Total three rounds of discussion, first two rounds were about my experience background, I’ve done so far and things like that, and followed by HR conversation and in the first two conversations, they were trying to understand the profile and role alignment, and later once they understood the whole process, they made me an offer

Manager took telephonic round which included understanding roles and responsibilities ie basic details about the company and job (might differ as my application was through a direct referral) followed by an another interview round by HOD where I was asked about previous on job ratings, task/people you worked with
