The Aptitude test was really simple with good quality questions.
the technical interview had a good balance of both theoretical and practical questions. HR was simply formal did not have many intriguing process.
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Poornam Info Vision (Cochin) in Jan 2024

1. Apti round(reasoning, networking, linux, english, essay writing)
2. GD round(If the slected people are more then it is held)
3. HR and TR round.(Basic qs are there like oops, linux command, networking related, family related,DBMS related..thats all)

It was a very good interview experience. I was able to answer some of the questions asked. First-round was that of aptitude. The next round was to write an essay on a given topic. Next was the Technical interview round and Hr round for Shortlisted candidates
