Got headhunted for a position. Position required an arttest which wasn't payed but promised feedback instead.
Task took a lot of concepting time as well as execution and they stumped me on the feedback. very unfair but I think the company was just fishing for ideas and asking anyone whos willing to go the extra mile.
No technical questions at all. Just talked to the recruiter who wasn't able to answer technical questions.
It was really great nice, they explained each steps, work and company culture , overall all interviews were smooth and friendly. And the steps from the day you apply to the contract happened faster than most other companies

It was quite comfortable experience. First interview was with People And Culture, then I made a demo game for project task, after there was a technical interview about project , programming and Unity 3D knowledge.
