The most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any company. The interviewer was late, then immediately asked to call me back. The interview was basic information that should have been asked in the application process (salary requirement - the recruiter was unable to talk about the starting salary of this role, relevant experience). After the interview was finished the recruiter said I would know within a few hours if I would have a second interview. I followed up twice over the next 2 weeks, it was Christmas and New Years, I understand if things got busy. My last follow-up email was blocked. No rejection, no "thanks for your time", just blocked. This whole interview process was unprofessional for a middle-school Hall Moniter, let alone a professional position with a luxury automaker. I expected better from a company like Porsche, much better.
