HR called first and did a phone interview. The lady was so nice, prob too nice. She offered me an in person interview with the dealership manager, which went very smoothly & professional. I was sent down to meet the receptionist and was introduced like I’d be a new addition to the team. However, they completely ghosted me after that. I was never contacted about my status, they didn’t reply to my “Thank You” email, but during my interviews they talked about how important professionalism was to them. Hmm ok. It isn’t that hard to email a candidate & let them know if you’re moving forward with them or not. I didn’t appreciate that. In the end, the entire process & people felt phony.
