The 2nd consisted of 2 parts: a practical task / quiz and an HR interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PortaOne in Feb 2017
Interview
I had a phone screening. The recruiter without any technical background asked me 20 questions about Linux and general networking. I was surprised she didn't describe me anything about their company or pylosohy.
Even though I pass to the stage I decided not to due this circumstance.
