easy, called to schedule phone screening and then someone called to schedule a zoom interview. everything was organized very well and easy to get through the process. the lengthy part is reference and background checks

This was a panel interview with an administrator and two teachers in a related department. The interviewers took turns asking approximately 2-3 questions each. The questions were related to the teaching position.

What is your experience working with a diverse group of learners?
Thirty minutes, five questions, feels rushed. The last few have all been online versus in person. Interviews really vary based on the principal— sometimes other teachers or counselors are on the panel, sometimes not. I always feel highly nervous and judged.
