Following a phone invitation and a pre-interview technical exam, I encountered a highly unprofessional interview experience. The HR representative was significantly late, and when I raised the topic of salary, I was told they prioritize candidates who 'don't think about salary.' This response was unacceptable, suggesting a disregard for fair compensation and the value of employee contributions. I found this approach to be exploitative.
