The interview process was very quick! I applied for the role on a Tuesday, received an email from the recruiter on the Thursday, and had my first phone interview on the Friday. From there, I interviewed with the hiring manager on the following Monday and then had google hangouts with 3 other employees the next Friday. Everyone I spoke with was so passionate about Poshmark and their jobs and it was a great process, getting to know more about the company. Even though I wasn't offered the position, the recruiter followed up in a very timely fashion by phone and offered to answer any questions I had, which I thought went above and beyond. This left me with a very favorable view of the company and all of the employees I spoke with.
