Interview
step 1: HR screening CV and call the candidate
step 2: interview with Program Manager Interview
step 3: Doing the test
step 4: interview with CTO
step 5: Getting calls for job offer
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Posiba (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
It took 3 months and many disorganized interviews to get an offer. Most of the people I interviewed with were professional and nice. The CEO, her assistant and the comptroller were very unfriendly. I wouldn't have accepted the job offer if I had to work with them. My boss I liked.
