Very easy. Went over resume and relevant experience. Was asked what my knowledge was about the field. Relaxed and informal. They prefer people that have some sort of relevant association to the field of ABA (child care experience, degree in psych, etc.) It is starting to be required to pay for a 2 day training though .

The interview process was quick and was immediately contacted for a phone interview. You have to do an online interview and record your answers. There are 15 questions total that are mixed with recording your answer and typing in the answer.

Over the phone. Simple and stress free. Does not take a genius. No prep necessary. Lots of paperwork and fingerprinting after being hired, etc but supportive and responsive management. Send and email and within 24hrs you get a response.

Received a call about my application and had preliminary questions. After those questions we set up a full interview where I had situational questions to respond to. I went and met with the child and family, and if everyone was happy with the relationship we moved forward.
