I filled out the application on Indeed and LinkedIn and received a call, but when I called back, I was unable to reach anyone and never received a return call. I later received an invitation to attend an open house.
The open house was essentially a walkthrough of the office followed by an in-house application. After that, I received a generic email stating that they had received many strong applications and would not be moving forward.
Shortly after, a sales recruiter reached out to schedule an in-person interview. I met with her the following week, met all of their qualifications, and completed four different IQ/personality tests. She said that next step would be she would review with the department manager then get back to me if the manager wants to speak with me. Despite that, I had to follow up myself a week later, only to receive the same generic rejection email again.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying or interviewing with this company. The process felt highly unorganized and like a waste of time.
