I applied for the position via Linkedin for Software Engineer- Backend role. They take telephonic interviews. I went through 3 telephonic rounds. 1 round: They asked about the work in current organisation. 2 round: They asked about the work in current organisation. 3 round: They asked about the work in current organisation. The interview was very different, the interviewers didn't know for what position and what team are interviews done for. I got a rejection mail after 2 telephonic round. I asked for feedback regarding same and they called me back saying I have a third round telephonic. The 3 round was vague, it looked like they are just taking this round to complete the process maybe. Somehow we ended up discussing Automata, context free grammer etc. After third round I got the same mail of rejection. The whole process looked very unfair to me. There were no such big tasks or difficult question during whole process, there was no such interview it was a discussion but I didn't understand the whole point of these interviews as I discussed same questions in all rounds.
