I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Postmates (Houston, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
Not really an interview. More like a meeting and questionnaire. Showed what the job is and platform. Everyone said their name, what car they drive, and where they lived. The lady showed a power point and a video of super happy workers on the Postmates platform. Looks like actors though.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Postmates (Washington, DC) in May 2015
Interview
Went to the Washington, DC location and had a hard time finding it. Was a little late and wasn't able to do the initial interview. Give your self ample time to find parking and don't be late as you will be turned away. The front desk staff was kinda of rude.
I answered an ad on Craigslist. I submitted the information requested. Then I received an email inviting me to a brief orientation. I made an appointment and sat through a 20 minute overview of the company.
At the end, we were given a card that said "Yes" on one side and "No" on the other, indicating if we were interested in proceeding. We were told it could take 1-4 days to schedule a formal interview meeting. I said yes.
The next day, I received an email saying they were not interested in proceeding.
They are truly a messed up organization!
