Interview
My interview process from start to finish was about 3 weeks. I initially applied for a different role and after speaking with my recruiter she brought up another role that she thought I'd be a better fit for and seemed to align better with my career trajectory. After the phone screen I was invited for a call with the Director. Once our call ended I was emailed within hours to come onsite to meet with 6 different people (3 hours). Everyone was welcoming and kind and truly wanted to gauge your interest in choosing Postmates, your ability to project manage, multi-task, work under pressure, and ultimately professionalism in front of C-Level Execs. There was not much "prep" material for the onsite so understanding the competitive field and reading recent articles is helpful. I was sent an offer letter 3 days after my onsite. My recruiter Jen was incredible and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Great recruiters are hard to come by and she was by far the best one I have had to date. My only feedback was that my interview was right around lunch hours and 3 hours long. It would have been very courteous to allow the interviewee to take a quick 10-15 minute break sometime in between all 6 onsites for a small snack or walking/stretching break.
