3 round interview process, starts off with a recruiter and on to hiring manager rounds. Likely need to reach out to a manager directly to stand out from a crowd. Sell yourself to get the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Postscript in Apr 2025
Interview
1st rd - manager
take home assignment video
2nd rd - panel
3rd rd - culture fit with manager's manager (I didn't make it to this stage)
Positives: Everyone was perfectly pleasant and personable.
Negatives: Manager in first call rambled and went over time, giving me not a minute for questions (didn't even clarify basic things like salary). Take home assignment was exhausting. In the 2nd interview, I was grilled about all sorts of specifics about the company/product, which I believe is unreasonable--have never seen that before or since.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Postscript in Mar 2025
Interview
First round is with the hiring manager, then there's an assignment where you have to record yourself explaining your research, then there's a team interview with 2 BDR managers, and a final interview with Head of Sales Development

Why should we pick you over others in our pipeline? How would you explain our platform to your grandmother?
