      Interview

Let me save someone else the time: this company isn’t looking for the most qualified candidate they’re looking for someone who fits their image. The entire process felt performative from start to finish. I went through four rounds of interviews: one with a recruiter, two separate conversations with the same hiring manager (yes—same person, same questions), then a final call with someone from senior onboarding. I also completed a homework assignment that was surprisingly very easy. And if that assignment was meant to reflect the level of support tickets they handle, then this is truly an entry-level help desk position. (protip: use emojis and playful rhetoric".) I was ultimately told they were “looking for someone with deeper technical experience,” which made no sense given the simplicity of the role. That exact phrasing shows up in other reviews too, so if you hear it don’t internalize it. It’s a canned response, not a reflection of your worth. Cut.Paste.Send There’s also a glaring lack of diversity in this company. It’s noticeable in the interview panel, leadership, and team composition (pics). If you come from a marginalized background, you may find yourself included for check box appearances, not an actual opportunity. "This is also stated in similar reviews here; I digress... Keep your options open with this organization...It was great practice!

      Question 1

What happens if a client hasn’t used the platform for 3 to 6 months and then requests a refund? What if leadership isn’t available to provide guidance?
