Pottinger Gaherty Environmental Consultants interview questions

They invited me to a group interview with a total of about 10 people. They asked a few questions like "what do you like to do for fun", "what makes you a great candidate", "what candidate do you think we are looking for"... and at the end they asked us to vote for who we would personally hire.
