Practice Fusion Customer Service Representative interview questions

Brief phone interview/screening by HR Representative. Very pedantic and audibly disinterested in her task, person made nonconstructive comments on my phone skills during the call, emphasized perks more than actual role, indicated they would be sending me an invitation to a group interview that same day and never sent it. Seemed overwhelmed by recent acquisition and working for a larger group.

Took a phone tag to arrange the interview. Gave a decent interview was expecting and offer but got a regret letter the next week. Not sure what skills they were looking for.
