Contattato dal hr manager via LinkedIn, ho ricevuto una chiamata poi ho fatto il Colloquio con l’hr via meeting, mi aveva chiesto l’esperienza lavorativa, perché voglio lavorare per Prada, le aspettative, qual’è il mio brand preferito.
I was contacted on LinkedIn by someone in HR. I had an in person interview with her and was told they would be in touch later that day to schedule next steps. 5 days later, I am still waiting for an update. Their Talent process clearly needs an overhaul if this is what they feel is an acceptable candidate experience.

Interview
HR screening call, followed by hiring managers Zoom call (4 ppl). HR was very lovely, easy to talk to and gave a good idea of the overall culture. Zoom call was also good with appropriate questions about my experience.
