thorough, with a 30-45 minute written test including a case study, a presentation, personality questions, career motivations, past achievements and types of skills possessed. there was a one-one interview later with a senior team member. the director was asked if she wanted to interview me as well, but she didn't see the meed for it

I had to take a written test with case studies, followed by presentation, personal interview. There were 4 members in the panel and each person was asking me questions on different aspects. On the whole it was a good experience.
