Interview
I applied through naukri.com. I got a mail after few days of my first round . There was 1 telephonic screening followed by 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round. They used to communicate through mail only. There was 1 scenario when interviewer didn't join the call and there was no updates from team. When I tried to reach them, they didn't respond. After few days, I got a mail for the same round again.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pramati Technologies (New Delhi)
Interview
1st round was all about collection framework, thread pool, string, and other java common questions being asked.
But in the 2nd round despite of answering all correct question over Skype I was rejected for no reason. I don't know if they are not interested for outstation candidates, then why then arrange such fake interviews. You can take local people.
Wastage of time, worst HR.
