Interview
Met with them at a recruiting event, spoke with a manager for about 45 minutes. It was more of a personality interview. Pratt is a very family-type corporation and everyone treats everyone like actual human beings. So they wanted to make sure social abilities were on the level.
1. Phone interview with HR. Basic questions about yourself
2. In person interview with head engineer
The interviews didnt have any technical questions, the only important detail was speaking english (atleast little bit)

I had a brief phone interview with a recruiter. Mostly standard issue interview questions. It was tough to get a feel for the company beyond a pretty standard bureaucratic tone.
